Professional architectural promotion & support
IDNNA members work directly with the design team to support architects, interior designers, and consultants from early concept through completed construction documents.
We assist with design development, product selection, and technical applications, helping you integrate space management products into your plans without compromising layout, structure, or life-safety requirements. Our teams provide clear specifications, details, and performance data so that everyone is working from the same, accurate information.
When projects move into the competitive bid environment, we support owners and general contractors with responsive quoting, and we defend specifications from substitutions that do not meet the intended design or performance criteria.
Included in this phase
- Assist architects with design, specifications, and applications
- Bid to owners and general contractors
- Defend specifications from competition
- Contract responsibility & bid bonds
- Submissions & approvals
Our role is to simplify complex product decisions so architects can stay focused on design intent and client outcomes.

Project delivery, installation & lifecycle service
Once a project is awarded, IDNNA members assume contract responsibility for their scope of work, coordinating closely with the project team to keep work on schedule and aligned with site conditions.
Our field management teams handle accurate field dimensions and header construction requirements, ensuring that structural and support conditions are ready for product delivery and installation. This reduces site conflicts and helps avoid costly rework.
After delivery, our factory-trained crews provide professional installation, commissioning, and owner training. We remain available for service, adjustments, and warranty support, and when needed, we assist with collections to close out the project cleanly.
Included in this phase
- Field management & coordination. Field dimensions, header construction coordination, submissions, and communication with the site team to prepare openings properly.
- Delivery & professional installation. Scheduled delivery, safe handling, and installation by experienced, factory-trained technicians who understand the products and the job site.
- Service, warranty & collections. Ongoing service and maintenance, warranty responsibility, and support with project close-out and collections as required.
